Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your Sulevo purchase.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging where possible.

To start a return, contact us at contact@sulevo.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us at contact@sulevo.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue, so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
